A CR was a strong possibility if we couldn't negotiate the Stage 1 offtake in time, however I don't quite understand why the shares are being offered at such a discount to the current SP? The holders that are left here all want to the company to be successful, and we are being offered 1 for every 15 held, so I can't imagine we'd have any issues raising the funds, even if at a slight premium! 10c is lower than the SP has been for a LONG time.
