That's a ridiculous notion. Businesses do not 'shut down' just because of a restructure!
It will be business as usual and whichever unit is currently negotiating upstream materials supply will be just transferred into the new structure. There will be disruption at the senior executive level but not at operational levels.
But for the diehards here, I suppose any justification of SKI's tardiness is better than none.
