Well they actually did deliver to guidance, so I'm not sure what you mean by them promising and not delivering.
Writing to management is a waste of your and their time. You should probably fire yourself for being a terrible stock picker - ISD and MYR - need I say more?
How do you suggest they "create value for shareholder"?
