PRU needs lots of cash and hence capital raising to fund next mine. Edigan mine is losing money only Sissinque is making little bit money, not enough to pay bills and debt.

Expect Capital Raising Soon, Very Soon. That's why Van Eck jumped the ship. Generally large fund manager knows in well advance who is looking for CR, hence they liquidate their position prior to CR.
