Oh Justy come on, we cant do any construction work until the EIA is approved, at this time it doesn't matter if we get funding or off-take sown up, no construction can proceed until EIA is approved.
The only down side i can see is the oppies will be out of the money.
Relax and have a cuppa tea mate.
