There was no order to windup Jemrok on 28feb2018 , what it was was an APPLICATION to windup Jemrok and those are 2 different things. The order to windup only came a few days ago on the 4th march after the liquidator was appointed probably a week or so prior and a company is entitled to continue unencumbered with business as usual until such time as the "windup" is formally granted by the courts and enforced by ASIC.
Granted it doesn't help our situation but i don't believe Jemrok would have had to disclose to ANW that there was a windup application before the courts at the time that ANW engaged their services and IF it did become known at a later date then ANW would have already been bound by the current contract , quite possibly why they started to strip away some of the services jemrok had been supposed to supply.
Not saying management have been perfect in this situation but there are times we as SHs are not in possession of all the facts.
