The independant analysis clearly says “not fair” catergoory. It sirely needs investigating, but I suggest strongly to everyone to vote on this deal if you do hold shares. 

Also make the complaints ( even if short and sweet) to the SEC. Surely the board leaving out the recent developments aroubd pbt2 and zinc needs analysis why it was dismissed and not reported on. At the board meeting this needs to be asked by someone.
