Look at the principles of AG, look how many shares they have, look that they haven’t sold any. How much have they lost thus far? Focus on the $25k if you want but my guess is that with their combined 48,000,000+ shares its likely their working with our shared interest at heart!

Look at AG cash outlay for the shares, it’s minimal, then look at the cash input from AVZ for the “consulting”.
