Dont vote for either of the main parties as you will just get a lot more of the same. If labor is going to increase CGT will they re-introduce CGT onto your primary place of residence. Currently if you sell your Primary place of residence you dont get CGT on the sale unless you are a foreign owner. If they do that they will be changing the Australian landscape significantly. As if we need to pay more freakin tax, why not just bring back the death tax.
