But you've lost me with other parts of your post - each encroaching line of credit is more demanding than the last? pyramid schemes? there are no encroaching lines of credit, no pyramid scheme so it appears you're just throwing comments out there. The terms of finance are there for all to see. And I really am not interested if you hold or ever hold. The fact is you're watching closely and generally people do that when they are waiting for an opportunity to buy. Also, with the anonymity afforded on Hotcopper who knows if you have a dog, let alone one living in luxury. Savvy investor? again, how on earth can anyone make such a claim if it can't be proved?
