They are not stupid...why would you use an overseas venture which appears to have zero exposure in Australia? To use their words being doing it for over 20 years. In my view Certain ID is the only positive as KKL hasn't delivered anything contract project related since I have been involved and CSIRO are running the project...happy to be proved wrong...
