Regarding gender equality ..I dont care how many chromosomes a person has, doesnt matter if they have red hair, Irish, Chinese, Sudanese, or Pygmalion, Gay, Lesbian, or whatever. Could we just get the best person for whatever job that needs to be filled? If they dont come up to scratch within 3 months, get rid of them.
