ok sticking to the train analogy...Train is rolling but will run out of tracks without funding. Welcome aboard. With some luck the binding offtake trolly will be wheeled through the carriages for you to look at soon and ideally news of tracks being layed on site shortly to give us some more track to run on while we wait funding where upon they can release the hand brake and let it come up to speed.
