    Obviously you have not had much to do with the court system

    They are just ignoring the problem --- most big firms rely on the inability of the people's patience and staying power to press their case

    Property managers in general do not know the laws, they are usiually immature cheap workers, and they are there to make money

    The biggest problem that tenants have is the inability to have adequate records and the confidence to mount their case

    As I have been in business most of my life I have always kept a diary to record everything of a business nature. The last time I went to court the magistrate asked me if I would be so kind to give the other side a copy of my records, from that point on she grilled them on their lack of information and threw the book at them, I did not have to say anything more

    Courts work on the basis of actual evidence so many people like tenants or consumers do not keep proper records and consequently lose not because they are in the wrong but they have no way of winning
