Here is the timeline of court proceedings in the AVZ case
1. DRC surpreme court
2. DRC court of appeal
3. AUSTRALIA - WA surpreme court.

In essence counterparty did not spend required funds over a 5 year period to maintain license and they legally lost it. AVZ in 3 seperate courts has been found to have been legitimately and within the rules legally granted the permit.

If anything happening in Paris then it will have no effect on AVZ
