What makes you think BB has any rapport with SKI - they certainly don't appear to be favouring him at all at this stage. Your confidence is built on BB's own announcements none of which have turned to reality (yet, hopefull they will).
Does it really take 6+ months to draft a contract where all the salient points had "apparently" been agreed beforehand.
I'll be the first to say well done BB - if I'm proven wrong by this company mining by the end of next year. But right now this company is up the creek without a paddle.
