What happens if you lose a director? The new guy is not exactly receiving much in wages. The chief of security in Guyana is earning a multiple of John's renumeration e.g. Back in 2017 Troy had negative working capital of more than 40m. If a company goes under and you are director it will leave a bad stain on your cv, maybe even terminal for your future employment prospects. Having Beazley is a sign the balance sheet is already nearly fully repaired (70%). Time to take on LOM. If you want to save wages maybe fire the operations manager in Guyana or chief of security, that will save multiple director wages. I doubt this would be a good idea though...
