Wow, director buying and pretty aggressively yesterday. No buying today. This means he might have had a narrow window to buy. Given the deals the company has announced over the last 2 years, this wouldn't surprise if more news wasn't coming.
Darren Smorgon also looked at the company and decided to take shares at a premium. I think these are 2 very clear signals on the direction of the company.
