Yes it would seem they are in because they want their buyout that HP denied them of. Judging by the vote, they've got plenty on board.
RRL SP went from $4 to about $6 since the then failed bid. What could have been for CMM holders had HP played ball. I don't think many will be batting for HP right now.
I bought this board spill.
