Hi mustpow, thank you for the great information. I agree with you that $20 estimated  just for relocation. Gas, chemicals, new plant installation, commissioning and test running are not including. Atlantic is currently collecting more samples, repair the plant to re-start early next year. However having no high grade and right metallurgical composition then chance of success is very limited.

Having all these equipment relocate or find a alternative solutions to process TMT``s high grade vanadium can be profitable solutions. TMT or AVL processing plant is around $300-$350 million, if they can have this plant less than this price can make V production in WA.
