Absolutely nothing good in this announcement. Everything impacting revenue went down and costs all went up. Exceedingly poor management on all counts. Expect the CR will need to be at a considerable discount to current SP. Buyers most likely just in for a quick buck so SP will quickly fall to CR price. All IMO and DYOR.
