I can't believe these guys are still around.  As a site services contractor we were owed a lot of money and they weren't paying.  For Cudeco it seemed to be a case of pay the bills you absolutely have to in order to keep the place going and the rest can wait, possibly forever.  Since we had already performed the services it seemed we were on the lowest priority (never get to?) pile. While the team ignored us for months and months we ended up escalating it to the CEO at the time with an intention to commence what would be very straight forward legal proceedings and he decided it would be easier to just pay us immediately.  We were very lucky and got in just in time, probably just when a some money from a rare copper shipment came in.
