Why would you stockpile something that is supposedly in such high demand and a shortage of? There's no logic in that! Remember that GXY have said previously that they offer a great product that is in high demand.
I think it's more a case of GXY being offered a huge reduction in price for their spodumene than last year's contract price and GXY having no better offer and therefore having no option but to let it sit and gather dust.
