When you say 'perform' are you talking about management being proactive in getting the SP up a bit for use poor sods, or are you talking about growing the business?
I felt like the last half was pretty solid for growth, I didn't have too many issues with what I read. I actually can't think of one issue from it off the top of my head (In relation to growth in numbers).
I agree wholeheartedly with your comments regarding management, PAC and the shareprice.
