Logic would suggest that nobody in their right mind would give up a position in a company that is about to do a deal, an RT! Why would you, that’s like giving up the spoils before you got to have any! These guys aren’t emptying the trough so why give it all up before you could get a more healthy return for your time?
Just a tough market for a shell to find a fit I think, but for holders sake I hope I’m 100% wrong....
