Well one of the main reasons I got out was after speaking with CN, we discussed full time staff, and from what I gathered (My opinion) on his sentiment was that PGM did not need full time staff, and that they did in fact have full time staff (Consultants). Any company that is listed that believe they do not need full time staff, is again in my opinion destined for failure.
My argument back was a full time consultant is very different from having some one on the books, you need proud staff members, who bleed the company's vision to push the business forward in terms of operations and marketing. This will give CN the time he needs to focus on the commercials and strategies and financing.
I have even offered to work pro bono to help them out!
I'd also probably chuck some money back into Platina if Platina did a simple Re-brand, new logo, new style, new website more modern look VS their current logo + Style as it looks like it was created on the first commercial version of MS Paint, just with a simple thing like this you'd probably see an extra 10% re rate! And whilst many people may disagree, I have been in the Tech, VC business for many years now, and know how important this is!
Many smart digital experts are even doing Pre-IPO capital raising through google adwords, affiliate marketing campaigns and other digital campaigns. The general way in which people receive news and information these days is changing, and if PGM had someone savvy enough to gert their story in front of people, in the right manner and cutting the rest of the noise out they could raise capital quite easily. Millenials are the highest spending generation of any generation, and their wages are increasing, learn how to speak and communicate to this demographic, educate them not to watch twitch (Research this if you don't know what it is) and not to spend their hard earned money to watch people play online games (Yes they pay to watch people play online games) and educate them how to invest and you might just get some liquidity!
I work hard, very hard, and I cannot keep with the pace of what I do by my self, it is near impossible. I have people to do the small stuff, whilst I focus on the commercials and relationships.
