Actually i also see this as good news... the maricunga mess is being recognized hence it'll be resolved and its good codelco can't focus on lithium it plays well for lpi/msb... i along with some of the others in this forum have been saying Chilean govt is the reason for lpi mc being <40mil... it needs to be resolved quickly chile is lagging in lithium... as soon as its sorted along with funding... this could be very lucrative for all shareholders
