One would certainly have to think that sacrificing the mining opportunity would have to come with a decent reward.
Did Steve give you any indication as to when the deal would be finalised and whether there is likely to be any cash in hand to add to the pre June 30 Dividend.
I heard that an announcement should be possible in a matter of weeks.
