Is it a contract or not? for shareholders that partook,and bought the options, there are others who choose not to, for whatever reasons,perhaps because they rightly assumed they would expire worthless, are they now disadvantaged?I feel it makes a mockery of the options system, probably why other companies with more integrity choose not to do it.It alo smacks of a form of desperate cash grab.
