Previous Ex dividend it went down 25c but this time it dropped 45c. I think for long term investor it is approaching time to be accumulating. There's short term negative cyclical issues like the federal election, mortgage price downturn. Is spooking short term traders, perhaps that was why they say hold. For now, I can wait in case SP gets traded down to say $4.20 but probably MYS is safer than big 4, assuming you're looking to invest long term itis very attractive yield, so I agree your analysis.
