Keeps getting worked back to that 12.5c bid

If you were to put this to the "pub test", IMO most would agree it looks like it's being worked for low ball raise 

Positive news is ignored and the stock driven into lows day after day. It shouldn't be this difficult for PAC to rally 200K+ of daily buying interest in something generating revenues around the size of its market cap and that just had its first CF+ month 

If SP3 want to address the elephant in the room, then the sooner they announce a $1-2M debt facility to fund "International expansion", the better. They didn't appoint PAC in October as lead broker around 20c+ to conduct a raise in February at 10-12c, that is madness. 



There is no reason PAC should be in line for any discounted raise

We have cash of $1.4M, stock on hand $1.4M and trade debtors of $700K 

They have forecast a reduced cash burn this quarter of potentially only $400K. Sell some of that $1.4M of stock, collect some of those $700K debtors, and kick revenue up, they "should' have a record quarter and be CF+ for potentially most of it 

If PAC couldn't get this moving from 22c and it's now 12.5c, rewarding them with potentially huge volume at all time lows (that is impossible to acquire on market) prior to company making events, it's a slap in the face to holders really 

Management can show they have some clout here by lining up a debt facility and confirming to market no CR required - the overhang would be removed almost overnight
