Nice analysis and probably illustrates why it is such a poor performer - bound to fall under a dollar soon.
Luckily I got out a few years ago for a much simpler reason, the dividend had started at around 5c US (when the AU$ was around parity) but this is a US operation so effectively the dividend has been falling ever since. Dividend now down nearly 30% since the first so I just assumed very poor management and got out when the share price had dropped from about $2.20 to $2.00. However, I never expected it to be heading quickly towards $1
