Looking at the announcement, it is clear that CLH is buying the PDL and some assets.
NOT the ACM business (Not the business entity and its liabilities including liabilities for past misdemeanours as shown up in the recent penalty imposed by the Federal Court.
Any such liabilities stay with the vendor company and do not impact on CLH as the PDL purchaser.
