I thought that MLM management at the time said that Melior were responsible for the termination and as we have not heard anything post that announcement I thought that was still the case.  Reading through the original agreement and the 101 break free clauses it seems hard to work out who's responsible for what so curious to know if MLM paid $150k or $300k and what was the exact reason for termination and therefore basis of the payment.
