Wondering if there is any accountants (or anyone else) out there that could help please?
I am a NZ resident and didnt get my forms back in time for the merger, subsequently the company sold my shareholding and returned the proceeds via a cheque but with 12.50% Capital Gains Tax deducted. Am just wondering how I can claim this back as I made a decent loss from the sale.
