opinions can be positive or negative... doesn't make one a ramper, be it up or down.

the opinion police need to take a long over due chill pill... 

logical is subjective... that's why people often disagree on the same point as logical vs illogical... one mans logic is another mans insanity... logic is in the eye of the beholder... etc etc etc..

NL set out some parameters and explained his reasoning and opinion... that seems pretty logical.

it's not like he said he expects binding off take agreements signed by midday today and a share price close of $13 did he...  even though he wouldn't be called a down ramper on that one - haha - ahhhh, the irony! 
spin any rubbish as long as it's positive and you're ok... speak a logical sequence of events and you're an outcast if the opinion police don't agree with you...
