I don't think so, I think it's mainly that the 'dead wood' is gone after the announcement day sell-off, and possibly a short squeeze.
Although, lets just hope there isn't a speeding ticket because that could bring things back down suddenly if SAMR is the reasoning, cos the response would have to confirm that it isn't happening yet.
