People criticising the company and voicing their opinions , it’s nothing personally to do with DW, stop blowing smoke up his back side. 
Its been several years, SH rightly expect some glimmer of hope or good news from the company. Enough of accumulating frozen acreage and increase in admin and management expenditure. 
As far as I’m concerned it’s a win-win situation for management, especially for DW, at $400k+ annual income plus all expenses paid, the longer this takes the better.
