Looking at the companies that have used Magna and are using Magna, most are trading well below where they were.
If you dont know how Magna works then you havent done enough homework...

If this deal was so good that JB brokered then the door would of been knocked down by lenders, not left by no more than a pawn shop money basis where they are g/teed to get their money no matter what the price goes/falls too.
