So who else has an EMP to dispose of 1.3 million tonnes of PASS in all weather and 24/7 as per EES directions?
I know I have asked this many times but it has never been answered.
Maybe we can dump it in dbls back yard - he reckons he can treat it with lime no problems
I guess its easy to have industry best practice when you are the only one that can do it properly with the quantities required and with no down time due to weather.
I hear the TBMs stop don't stop for bad weather
