Read the latest announcement again. No autoclave (no reason given why not either since they strongly indicated they were doing down the autoclave route in the past as you highlight). They say are going with a conventional roaster after the concentrate is produced.
Do a bit if research on Katanga cobalt recoveries though their concentrator + roaster. Its not pretty and it still made sense only because they have very high Co grades and large copper by product credits (almost 5pct Cu and 0.5pct Co). CLA's grade for both is a fraction.
