Nothing is really happening across the entire U market - for ASX listed shares anyway. There was a bit more movement on the TSX but overall, under valued everywhere. Or rather fairly valued given the uncertainty in the market.
Its a high stakes Poker Game and right now the utilities are trying to bluff their way out of the devastating hands they will be dealt over the coming years in the forms of significant price increases - but the silver lining - it doesn't really impact them to much in the scheme of things. They just want security of supply.
Im in the red though so don't listen to me.
