The KPI inflation point just gets worse and worse 

the other main KPI the business brags about is meters under management.  Well guess what?  They already count in “meters under management” all the C&W meters where they’re along way from even starting implementation, and other similar deals.  In this case, there’s not even a tiny footnote!  It’s Class Action stuff.
Someone please explain how a meter can be “under management” when there’s been no implementation??

i don’t know but I guess the C&W “deal” is nothing more 
than a glorified MOU which would explain why 2 months have passed and they’re still not even close to implementing
