If Canopy wants to buy this company, it will just accumulate more shares on the market around 40c or less in the coming months. There is no hurry. You are right about overseas companies and the hard capsule. If they want to or if it is possible, they can do it with all the expertise and resources. I would not be surprised if the whole thing about hard capsule is just an idea dreamt up by the AusCann leaders to distinguish AusCann from the rest of competitors. I wouldn't be surprised if they end up making capsules like fish oil capsules and recommend people to keep it in the fridge to slow down  degradation of the unstable cannabis oils.

    Look at this

Even at the temperature of 4 Celsius, cannabis oils are unstable. This is pretty depressing! The key to success will be having a production facility to provide a steady supply of products much like the dairy industry where you expect fresh milk weekly.

Assuming that AusCann actually manages to produce some capsules by end of this year (and only for trial purpose), it bears the burden to carry out clinical trials and write up papers (with backing of independent researchers) that the active ingredients in the capsules are stable at room temperature for long enough to make sense. This is going to be a long wait for investors to have concrete proof that AusCann can actually produce a product of value. And they would hope that no other company will attempt to come out with a fresh "daily weeds" product promising accurate dosage good enough for patients to use (like a cough syrup).
