I would have thought it would come down to this.
Did CSS specify what ingredients they required and if so, and it wasn't as specified , we would win.
If CSS said we need feed for tuna fish but the feed supplier got it wrong , but weren't negligent or a reasonable person could not have anticipated an issue , then we would lose.
time to read up on the releases when this all come to light.
