I don't judge as I have no desire to be, somewhat easy going individual and pretend to understand human behaviour, maybe that Jung bloke you quote could help , am too pragmatic for philosopy or maybe not pragmatic enough, they suggest misanthropy is on the increase that I understand.

One thing that gets me going though is enviromental vandalism, without going into it we do try, a group of like minded individuals, we use our meagre resources to buy land corridors. (cheap but strategic scrub, based on science) and put into trusts, doing something however small a sign of maintenance of mental health, like going for a walk with the hound after a 'red' day, natures dependable mood changer.
