I have been holding bal for months. Bal has been trading between $7 and $9 since sep 18. As usual everytime people get excited when it moved away from $7 to $9..the short interest has been active and has gone up to above %10 last few days. I am not sure this is another dead cat bounce or we are seeing $10... for the first time in six months.
