The company announced the buyback using the money from CR and not from free cash flows, bought the shares back and suddenly stopped it after the last buyback on 14th Nov 2019. After so many months were absent from buyback then suddenly on 27 Feb 2019 bought 2 million shares back when the share price was crushed down to 0.013.

This shows that the appointed brokers might have not monitored the trading pattern daily. Why should wait until investors' confidence reached the bottom, and took action. The company should regularly show its presence via buyback on the market although not in a large quantity. Declare psychology war with daily traders. Gain or loss is in your own hands.
