I think Dental Partners also had plenty of not so great practices but they generally turned things around. This time around being a public company, same strategy is hard to implement as market reaction can be extremely harsh. I believe it still has a future and I don't mind buying at 10 cents which is a significant discount below NTA. A lot is dependant on the debt facility outcome though. All my opinion only.
