IF THE DEAL IS DONE AT THE US COMPANY LEVEL ...............
then its "how" the debt providers get majority control of the operating assets with (nil) premium.......and any "delays" just helps their cause ............
if I were a holder - I would be contacting ASIC rather quickly .....................
